Roca Villa

Luxe villa in St. Barths with stunning views, high-end amenities, and contemporary design. Perfect for groups seeking ultimate Caribbean luxury and privacy.

Exceptional indoor and outdoor living spaces with lush tropical surroundings provide a serene and restful atmosphere.

Water ripples across the pool and to the horizon—interrupted only by a sunken lounge—at this forward- thinking villa perched on a hilltop in the Gouverneur area of Saint Barthélemy. Its design plays airy traditional vaulted ceilings alongside contemporary elements like Lucite-edged sinks. And its location is 3 minutes from Gouverneur Beach, where you might see more wild goats than people.

Catch the ocean breezes and Caribbean sunshine on a sea-facing terrace with a heated infinity pool, a gazebo sunk into the pool, and an array of loungers. A barbecue makes it easy to prep fresh-caught seafood picked up at one of the local fish markets, and a covered alfresco dining area invites you to sit, open a bottle of wine, and savor.

A fold-away wall separates the outdoor dining area from the indoor great room; open it up for wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling views down the hillside to the ocean. Glossy white cabinets are a sleek touch in both the living area and the fully equipped kitchen. 3 of the bedrooms are in the main house, and 2 are in their own honeymoon-worthy bungalows.
